The tour begins with Dubrovnik and ends with Cavtat. Both places are rich in history and beautiful in their own way. As you walk through the streets you will travel through centuries, exploring the former capital city of the Republic of Dubrovnik. Discover all the landmarks the city is known for and learn the story behind buildings and walls. There will be Franciscan Monastery with one of the oldest world’s pharmacies, Onofrio’s fountain, Sponza Palace, Rector’s Palace… Before you start enjoying your free time the guide will make sure you have all the information that meet your interests. Exploring local museums, sweets and crafts on the market, small shops and galleries could be some suggestions on what to do during your free time.

After Dubrovnik, we drive about forty-five minutes with one photo stop, along the coast and through the suburbs to get to Cavtat, the southernmost Croatian town.  It is famous for its historic center, beautiful nature and excellent restaurants. There is a feeling of serenity in the air that most people see as its greatest value. We will take a leisure stroll down the promenade but also get lost in side streets in search of fragments of the everyday life in Cavtat. Learn about local notable people who left their significant marks on the world’s art scene. Discover the art gallery, home of the impressionist Vlaho Bukovac. Enter the mystical mausoleum designed by Croatia’s most prominent architect and sculptor Ivan Mestrovic, author of the Chicago’s Bowman and the Spearman. After a short free time, we will drive you back to your accommodation.
