Šipan has a large concentration of olive trees and is called “The Golden Island”. The village Suđurađ shelters the only nobles’ residence of the former Republic of Dubrovnik that is fully restored and can be visited. You can discover the typical rural architectural heritage of the region. The Elafiti islands are famous for their exceptionally transparent waters.
